Vista sidebar feeds not updating
Here you can add a gadget to your desktop by double-clicking on it.
If you move your cursor above a gadget you can drag it around your desktop. There will also appear some buttons next to the gadget.
Click on icon, and follow your news reader's instructions for subscribing to (or adding) feeds. Click on the XML icon at the bottom of the page and click the 'Subscribe to this feed' link near the top of the page.
You can manage all RSS Feeds within Internet Explorer much like Favorites. If you have subscribed to an RSS Feed using IE7 you can view it using the RSS Feed Gadget on the Vista Sidebar.
Right-clicking on the preview gives you some options as well. Right-click on a gadget allows you to change its opacity.
If you install a lot of different Vista Gadgets you might have come across a situation where your Vista Sidebar no longer is working correctly, or possibly even crashing or (more frequently) just hanging.
Back at MIX, the Live Platform Services team announced a new standard APP-based protocol for accessing your Live data, and at Web 2.0 the Live Mesh team has announced plans to extend that API with synchronization-ready access to data, devices, application and activity feeds.
Ori Amiga shows a number of demos showing the native Mesh feeds, WPF applications using Mesh, a Silverlight client that supports working on and offline, a custom Facebook application that syncs Facebook photos with Live Mesh, a Mac client that sends photos to Live Mesh and even LINQ queries over Mesh objects.
Click on the plus symbol on the top right to see all available gadgets.
To fix this you can put the sidebar on the left side.
Alternatively you can enable the second checkbox on the view tab.
This way you can select older clipboards and paste them into other applications. The options of Clipboarder allow many possibilities.
You can use the shortcut Win C to select an older clipboarder (works well together with Ctrl V).
